terXtic – jobs under control
terXtic is the job and ticket system by Jucama KG. Customers submit their jobs online, the team plans appointments and assignments, and everyone can see at any time where a job stands – on a computer or a phone.
Who it is for
terXtic is built for businesses that work on site for their customers: building services, maintenance, installation and delivery. It is already in daily use, among others by our customer mwork.
Jobs and customers
- Customers submit jobs themselves, with photos and PDFs, and can always see the current state
- Your own statuses with colours and a task list for every job
- Messages to the customer or internal only, every change traceable in the history
- Job sheets as PDF by e-mail, optionally signed on the screen
Planning and field work
- Weekly calendar showing how many people are still free in every hour
- Staff roster, absences and Austrian public holidays
- Travel, arrival and departure with one button, working time and material on the job
Security and operation
- Permissions per employee instead of all or nothing
- Optional two-factor sign-in
- Recycle bin: deleted items can be restored
- Photos are redrawn, removing the camera's location data
- Runs on your own web space with PHP and MySQL, updates in the browser

- Fleet management with a logbook
- Mail inbox: e-mails go straight to the matching job
- Linking: exchange jobs between two terXtic installations, for example between a client and a contractor
